Book an appointment.
Let’s get started.
1
Consultation.
Free Consultation Call: Schedule a free 15-minute consultation call to discuss why you’re considering therapy services. This is an opportunity for us to determine if we’re a good fit for each other. The booking process can be conveniently done online.
Intake Paperwork: If we decide to move forward with therapy, I will send you all the intake paperwork digitally. Please submit these forms prior to our first session.
2
First Appointment.
Review and Assessment: During our first appointment, we will review your intake paperwork and further assess your needs. This session allows us to get to know each other better and provides an opportunity for you to ask any questions. I will also conduct an assessment to determine potential treatment targets.
3
The On-Going Journey.
Personalized Treatment Plan: We will continue to dive deeper into your concerns and together develop a personalized treatment plan with actionable steps. Therapy is a collaborative space. If something isn’t working or if your priorities shift, we will review our plan and make any necessary adjustments. I will provide you with practical coping skills and strategies that cater to your needs.
Payment options: Credit Cards, Health Savings Account (HSA)
I do not accept insurance. Paying privately ensures your confidentiality and gives you full control over your treatment. Insurance companies often impose restrictions on the number and length of sessions, require a mental health diagnosis for continued care, among other limitations.
You may submit a claim directly to your insurance company, listing me as an out-of-network provider, for potential reimbursement. Upon request, I am pleased to provide a superbill with all the necessary information for your claim submission.
I allocate 10% of my caseload for clients who can't afford my standard fee, offering these as sliding scale slots. These slots are given on a first-come, first-serve basis. The sliding scale system relies on the honor system, if you're interested, I can add you to a waitlist for a sliding scale spot, but I can't guarantee when one will open up.

Healthcare professionals are required to supply all current clients with a standard Good Faith Estimate according to the No Surprises Act (NSA).
